How to Celebrate Thanksgiving

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to share this poem. I am working on each and every line, but especially the last one.

How to Celebrate Thanksgiving
Author Unknown

Count your blessings instead of your crosses;
Count your gains instead of your losses.
Count your joys instead of your woes;
Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears;
Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your full years instead of your lean;
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean.
Count your health instead of your wealth;
Count on God instead of yourself.

That poem on prayer you directed me to, he gave to me a while back. On a little piece of paper in a card. It's in my undies drawer. Probably around the worst time of all the custody stuff. When I found out the "bad results." I pull it out and look at it often. How sweet to know you have been reading the same thing and finding comfort in it too.
I bet our undies drawers look very similar. Do you stuff lots of little notes and thoughts in yours too?

Actually, yes. Mostly old birthday cards from Ryan. Now that the 'courting' is over, that's usually the only time he tells me, in writing, how he feels about me. Of course, he tells me all the time, but not usually in writing. :)

Isn't that funny. A person could find out an awful lot about us (literally) by poking around in there. I keep old birthday cards there too. Notes. Important letters. Ect. Why that drawer I wonder? Anyway, if I die that's where people should look first to find out random tidbits about one's life. And our bra size too if anyone was curious:)

FAITH IN GOD MEANS HAVING FAITH IN HIS TIMING.
